Join me — yogi, yoga teacher and yoga therapist Tracy Southard, C-IAYT, RYT500, certified in Body Balance Yoga — for yoga classes at the beach in Bethany Beach and Ocean View, Delaware and surrounding beach areas. My class style is inspired by a blend of Iyengar (alignment based), Vinyasa ("flow yoga" or dynamic movements between yoga poses) and Yoga Therapy. I teach all-levels yoga from beginners to advanced and offer private yoga sessions on location and also teach:

• Private Yoga Classes year-round

Want to host a yoga class for a bachelorette party, birthday party, family reunion or other event?

I will bring the yoga to you — you choose the location. Whether it is on the beach, in a park, at a favorite local spot or at your location (home, hotel, AirBnb, poolside or in the pool, yard, porch, patio, deck, workplace, etc.), I offer private yoga classes for small to large groups available all year and would be happy to bring yoga to your event or special day: bachelorette parties, bridal showers, pre-wedding day parties, birthday parties, friends & family outings, weekend getaways, graduation parties, reunions, memorials, send offs, company events, conferences and more. I can guide you through a relaxing class or a workout if you prefer. I also specialize in themed classes, including Full Moon Yoga, New Moon Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra.

Private group classes are also a great photo opportunity to create lasting memories. If you'd like, I can take some candid photos during class and leave time for a group photo after class.
